If you're like me and worry about your kids' ears getting cleaned, this is for you. I can now clean the ear drum really well, which is great for kids 5 and up. It's difficult to clean the ears because they're so small, but it works great and is very simple to set up on your phone. I highly recommend this because it provides a clear picture of what's inside your phone.

For the price, this was a really good buy. I use it frequently because my kids have ear infections frequently. There is a lengthy battery life. It's simple to operate. In the first image, the ear drum and ear tube are normal; in the second and third, an infection has occurred. I no longer need to visit the doctor as frequently because the change is evident. I know what I'm searching for because I'm a nurse, but if you're not, Google has a ton of images you can look up. I'm really pleased with the buy overall. The only items I wished were altered are: 1. You practically need two persons to take pictures because there is no other way to do so than by using your phone's button, especially if you are peering into a child's ear. 2. I've been dealing with clogged ears most of my life and have spent many hours in doctor's offices having my ears irrigated. Sometimes it would be wax and other times I just had a full feeling that was attributed to who knows what. Either way you are charged for an office visit. This awesome little device allows me to assess my ears before decided what course of action to take. If I have excess wax, that camera helps me see what's there and then I can determine how to take care of it. The quality of the image is amazing and the overall design and durability is top notch for this price point. I wish I would have known about this device sooner!!

• Let the dermoscopy air dry completely before storing it in a clean and dry place.

There are two main types of dermoscopy: Non polarized and polarized dermoscopy.We’ve fitted most of our dermoscopys with polarized and non-polarized light. They canbe used in multiple skin structures.

Non-polarized contact Mode

In non-polarized mode, the instrument can provide information about the superficialskin structures, such as milia-like cysts, comedo-like openings, and pigment in theepidemis.

The dermoscopy requires applying a liquid such as mineral oil or alcohol to the skin andplacing the lens in contact with the skin. This reduces surface reflection and enhancesthe view of subsurface structures.

Polarized contact Mode

In polarized mode, the instrument allows for visualization for deeper skin structures,such as blood vessels, collagen, and pigment in the dermis.

The dermoscopy does not need to be in contact with the skin or use any liquid. Theirpolarized light can help to eliminate surface reflection and allow visualization ofvascular structures.
